This Decision of the National Reserves Department concerns regulation of bidding for the purchase of national food reserves to be organized by sub-departments of the National Reserves Department. The sale shall take place pursuant to Decisions of the National Reserves Department under Circular 02/1999/TT-CDTQG of 12 January 1999.
