The Decision rules the procedures for the survey, assessment and monitoring of all variations in the forestry status occurring in a certain time span, i.e. the evaluation of forestry areas, timber and non-timber production, the updating of forest maps. Furthermore, it states budgeting for the Program, the data collection and reduction, and the possible implementation of said program.
