A plan for the protection of coastal zones and the environment in the Project Area is hereby approved by the Prime Minister. The Plan aims at contributing to sustainable development of forestry, fishery and agricultural production. The Plan for Zoning foresees in vital protection zones, less vital protection zones (buffer zones), and economic zones. Total acreage of the protected zones is specified for each province.
