Pursuant to article 14 of Chapter III of the Ordinance on Plant Protection and Quarantine there is promulgated by this Decision the official list of objects that are subject to plant quarantine in accordance with the Ordinance mentioned. The objects are divided into: organisms with potential of causing serious harm to vegetal resources which did not already exist in the territory of Viet Nam (insects, plant diseases, earth worm glands, weeds); and organisms with potential of causing serious harm
