A Management Board and Standing Office for the National Target programme on Rural Clean Water and Environmental hygiene shall be set up by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development to assist the Minister in implementing the Programme. The Regulation specifies tasks of the Board and the Standing Office, operation principles and work relationships, and responsibilities of members of the Board.
