This decision of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development provides with respect to contents of work of sedentary farming and residence ("SFR"). SFR is a major policy undertaking of the Government to solve problems related to nomadic farming and the development of mountainous areas. Another aim is protection of natural resources and the environment. Article 4 outlines the basic contents of SFR. Criteria for determination and classification of objects of SFR are also outlined.
