This Decision of the Prime Minister ratifies the Plan on Control and Use of Flood Water in the Mekong River Delta Area. It also specifies the targets of the Plan and indicates solutions for flood control. Targets of the Plan are specified for shallow-submerged areas and deeply-submerged areas.
