The present Decision aims to increase cow milk production in order to meet domestic demand and limit importation, by means of increasing selected breeds (including artificial reproduction and crossbreeding), allowing cattle to graze in certain pastures, providing adequate feedstuff from grass and crops and, at last, to finance and support all these activities.
