This Decision establishes poultry meat production and trade according to EC Commission Regulation No. 1538/91 of 5 June. It consists of 7 articles and 1 annex establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to produce and trade poultry meat. Controls shall be carried out by the sanitary authority for Food Policy Planning (GPPAA), under the General Direction of Rural Development. The annex specifies the requirements to be met by meat certification marking.
