This decision of the Prime Minister lays down the principles of rational management and operation of state forestry farms pursuant to provisions on the reorganization and renewal of the managerial mechanisms in state agricultural enterprises. Specified farms shall be maintained and strengthened whereas other farms shall be transformed in Managing Board for the protection of forests.
