This Decision places food hygiene and quality on the list of targets for the elimination of diseases affecting the population. The objective is to control food contamination and supervise food quality. The Ministry of Health shall direct the Steering Committee of the national Target program for the Elimination of a Number of Social Diseases and Dangerous Epidemics to select key projects in accordance with selected targets.
