Decision No. 251/QD-TTg amending and supplementing the procedures for settlement of capital implementation of the five million hectares afforestation project.

Article 6 is amended by adding a new item e) on financing of scientific research, land allocation, forestry, etc. through local branches of the Ministry of Planning and other allocation of funds. Financial management of forest protection, forest regeneration and planting of protection and special-use forests is defined in the same article. Other provisions under item e) concern monitoring of implementation of projects by a Council specially designed for the task and local authorities.
