The Board for Enterprise management renewal at the Agricultural Supplies Corporation shall: elaborate a plan for enterprise renewal and preparation and a public company of the Corporation and to implement such plan after it is ratified by the Ministry; to inspect and to control implementation in various units, and; to carry other tasks under the guidance of the Ministry's Board for Enterprise Management Renewal.
