This Regulation provides for the following: procedures for the registration of plant variety-certifying organizations; field expertise; sample taking and preservation; quality testing and certification; post-inspection of seed lots on the list of plant varieties subject to certification of quality standard conformity, promulgated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The Cultivation Department shall oversee and guide the implementation of this Decision.
