Decision on a planning zone ensuring protection against flooding in the aftermath of the catastrophe of 2005.

The present Decision implements article 21 of the Federal Ordinance on waterworks of 2 November 1994. Following the flooding of 2005 the “alarm cards” shall be reviewed and classified anew. Until the endangered areas can be defined and inspected, a planning zone shall be created to prevent future floodings as set out in article 2 The planning zone shall be in force until 2010. The text consists of 7 articles.
