Declaration by the Minister on National and Local Forests Nos. 1 and 6 (Cap. 199).

This Declaration of the Minister describes in the Schedule areas declared to be National and Local Forests and prohibits specified acts within the said areas except under licence. Acts include the felling, cutting, taking or removal of any forest produce; the grazing of livestock; and the clearing, cultivating or breaking up land for cultivation or other purposes.
