Decree 13 January 1999 making provisions for the granting of deep-sea fishing permit.

Owners of deep-sea fishing enterprises can obtain a permit for the construction and purchase of new fishing units for the maximum limit of 200 percent of the fishing capacity owned and of the rigged-up vessel. (2 articles)
