This Decree creates the Management Committee for improving environmental sector of coal basin of Santa Catarina State. It consists of 6 articles creating within the Ministry of Environment the aforementioned Committee entitled to carry out management, coordination and control activities in order to improve environmental sector of coal basin of Santa Catarina State.
