The Decree rules bivalve mollusc fishing in the Chioggia maritime district. Article 1 establishes the landing points for bivalve mollusc fishing, Article 2 sets out the periods where fishing in the Chioggia maritime district is allowed. Article 7 establishes the total allowable catch, and in order to preserve fry Article 8, establishes that clams fishing is forbidden in certain areas. (9 Articles)
