This Decree, composed of 3 articles, declares of public interest, for expropriation purposes, the properties included within “Serra do Divisor” National Park, in Acre State. The Decree establishes the competence of the Ministry for Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (IBAMA) to promote and supervise the expropriation activities ads well as the implementation of the National Park.
