This Decree establishes the concession requirements for hydropower generation on the Peixe River within the State of Minas Gerais. It consists of 6 articles establishing that for the exploitation of the aforementioned hydropower generation shall be entitled the two companies: 'Paraibuna de Metais' and 'Paraibuna de Energia Ltda.'. This concession of public water use shall have a validity of 35 years and shall be managed according to the national provisions on environmental protection.
