This Decree, composed of seven articles, institutes the Biological Reserve of Perobas located within the municipalities of Tuneiras do Oeste e Cianorte, in the State of Paraná. The aim of the Decree is to preserve the existing ecosystems, enabling the scientific research and the development of environmental activities. The Decree stipulates that the land included in the Reserve pertains to the Union and, as such, shall be administered by the Brazilian Institute for Environment and Natural Resour
