Decree of 27 July 2000 allocating the additional fishing quota of bluefin tuna for the year 2000.

Article 1 modifies Annex A to Ministerial Decree 7 February 2000 setting out new fishing quotas for bluefin tuna. Quotas set under Article 5 will be 5 percent higher than those previously fixed. Professional fishing vessels, other than those listed under Annex B, which accidentally catch bluefin tunas shall fill out a form and inform the competent authority. (3 Articles)
