Fixed tuna trap net fishing, tuna seine fishing and longline fishing is allowed only to owners of fishing plants enrolled in a specific list (Articles 1 and 2). Owners of professional fishing vessels accidentally catching bluefin tuna shall fill in a form and inform the competent authority. All tuna fishing techniques not provided for under this Decree are not allowed. If bluefin tuna catches are not declared, sanctions will be inferred. (7 Articles)
