Decree to amend the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry carrying into effect the initiative of the European Communities PESCA (No. 30 of 1999).

The principal Decree concerns financial support of the European Communities in the framework of PESCA. The competent authority for the payment of such grants is now the Workforce and Enterprise Centre instead of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Decisions on aid shall be taken in accordance with provisions of Act No. 1139 of 1994.
