Decree to amend the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry carrying into effect the initiative of the European Communities PESCA (No. 722 of 1998).

The principal Decree concerns financial support of the European Communities in the framework of PESCA. Aid may be disbursed in rates during the project cycle. The last rate, which shall not be less than 20 percent of the total sum shall, however, be disbursed only upon completion and final approval of the project.
