This Decree amends the Decree Negative List in the Schedule in respect of, among other things: chemicals on the FAO negative list, the importation of which is prohibited; ozone-depleting substances, the importation of which requires a permit; and scrap metal waste the exportation of which requires a permit. The purpose of these measures is environment protection.
