The principal Decree implements legislation of the European Communities so as to carry out obligations of Norway as a member of the European Economic Area. The amendment introduced by the present Decree modifies the list of EC Council Regulations amending EC Council Regulation (EC) 2377/90 of 26 June 1990 laying down a Community procedure for the establishment of maximum residue limits of veterinary medicinal products in foodstuffs of animal origin being part of Chapter XIII of Annex II of the E
