Decree to amend the Executive Decree Pollution of Surface Waters in relation with the supply of information accompanying applications.

Article 7 specifies information to be supplied together with an application for the dumping of waste in inner or territorial waters of the Netherlands or the high seas. Article 8 concerns applications for discharge of waste from installations the operation of which may bring about harmful effects on the environment of another member country of the European Union. Some other amendments of minor importance are made. The Chief-Engineer shall notify the other member country of such application.
