This Decree of this Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of nine articles, lays down some amendments to the Decree on the compensation for the reduction of income from agricultural activities due to adaptation to water protection. In particular, the present Decree establishes provisions concerning the application of de minimis aid granted to the agricultural sector (supplemented art. 6a and 6b of the amended Decree).
