This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends the Decree on details on the marketing of seeds and seedlings of cultivated plants, implementing Commission Directive 2006/124/EC amending Council Directive 92/33/EEC on the marketing of vegetable propagating and planting material other than seed and Council Directive 2002/55/EC on the marketing of vegetable seed. The Decree establishes requirements for the characteristics of standard seed placed on the market.
