Decree amending the Decree establishing indexes of dangerous chemical substances and preparations.

This Decree was adopted by the Ministry of Environment in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture. The Decree amends the index of dangerous chemical substances and dangerous chemical preparations for which restrictions on marketing are laid down. The Decree implements the provisions laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on detergents.
