This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia amends the list of types of activities and facilities which may cause large-scale pollution, specified in Annex 1 to the amended Decree, in accordance with Directive 2008/1/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning integrated pollution prevention and control.
