This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments to Decree laying down details on application for tests of biological activity of plant protection products. In particular the present Decree amends provisions concerning examination of biological activities (amended art. 2) and establishes the new model application for an examination of biological activity (Annex 1).
