This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends 34 points of the Decree on products and other means of plant protection. In particular, the Decree amends provisions concerning technical requirements for packaging of products an their labeling (art. 15 of the amended Decree), application for authorization to testing products for development and research (art. 16), and application for the authorization of importation of concurrent products, criteria of assessing variations in the composition of concurrent products compared to the reference product and the means of labeling concurrent products intended for commercial use (art. 21).
