This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree which provides details on the production and marketing of forest reproductive material. In particular the present Decree establishes requirements for forest reproductive material specified in art. 16 point 2 used for reforestation and afforestation (amended art. 16 point 11).
