This Decree of this Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 17 articles and two Annexes, lays down the types of measures which can be compensated for the reduction of income from agricultural activities due to adaptation to water protection regime, method of payment and the criteria for calculating the amount of compensation. The compensation should be granted pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1974/2006 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regul
