Decree concerning the marketing of material for the vegetative propagation of the vine.

In compliance with the rules laid down in Directive 2002/11/EC, this Ministerial Decree lays down provisions governing the placing on the market of material intended for the propagation of the vine. The application scope does not cover propagating material destined to be exported to third countries. Article 3 provides for the establishment of the National Service for Vine Certification, under the Ministry of Agriculture. Only firms duly registered, according to Legislative Decree No. 536 of 1992
