This Decree contains directions of the Department of the Environment regarding protected watercourses. "Protected watercourses" are watercourses included in one of the 4 Protection Plans for Watercourses ( 1973, 1980, 1986, 1993).It applies to the watercourse belt, i.e. main stream, side rivers, lakes, and water basins within an area of 100 metres width along the stream.
