The principles and procedures for the implementation of this Decree will be determined by a Notification issued by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock upon the request of the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health. This Decree sets forth the principles for the distribution of milk during two school years starting from 2013-2014 to ensure daily consumption of milk by nursery classes, independent nursery classes and elementary school students for their healthy growth. The School
