This Decree sets forth that the Council of Ministers declares some areas in Çanakçı district in Giresun as areas under risk of natural disasters based on Article 2 of Law No. 6306 on restructuring of areas under risk of natural disasters, upon the request of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
