This Decree proclaims a fisheries zone off the coast of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba. This zone extends from the outer limits of the territorial sea until the demarcation line agreed with neighbouring States. If no such line has been agreed upon, the outer boundary shall consist of the maritime boundary determined by the Act of the Kingdom establishing a Maritime Boundary between the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba.
