This Decree, which is composed of five articles, was adopted by the Ministry of Environment in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture. Pursuant to relevant European Community provisions, the Decree lays down: (a) the index of dangerous chemical substances and dangerous chemical preparations which may not be placed on the market; (b) the index of dangerous chemical substances and dangerous chemical preparations subject to marketing restrictions.
