Decree establishing the list of wastes, as per Directive 75/442/EEC and Directive 91/689/EC.

By way of implementation of article 1 of Directive 75/442/EEC (which has been replaced by Directive 2006/12/EC) and article 1 of Directive 91/689/EC, the Annexes attached to this Decree set out the list of non hazardous and hazardous waste which fall within the regime established therein.
