This Decree of the Ministry of Environment concerns the compensation of harms caused by certain protected animals. It is composed of the following Sections: (1) Way of calculating levels of compensation for harms caused to domestic animals, serving dogs, fishes, colonies of bees and apicultural installations; (2) Way of calculating levels of compensation for harms caused to non harvested plant products; (3) Way of calculating levels of compensation for harms caused to forests; (4) Entry into for
