This Decree approves the Regulation for the control of the environmental sector. This Regulation consists of 5 chapters specifying the environmental control policy within national territory to be performed in order to protect environment and wildlife. This Regulation defines: Environmental control requirements (Chap. 1); Types and ways of control (2); Principles and actions to be performed (3); Rights and obligations of inspectors (4); Final provisions (5).
