This Decree defines in part the application sphere of the Act on Food Hygiene of Foodstuffs of Animal Origin (1195/1996) as regards: 1) meat of bovines and solipeds, pigs, sheep, goats, poultry, reindeer, rabbits, wild and farmed game animals as well as reptiles and products derived from the meat of the said animals; in the case of reindeer which must be killed by shooting the provisions concerning wild game are applied; 2) fishery products, frogs, and snails, as well as products derived form th
