This Decree concerns the technical procedures that may result in genetically modified organisms. Article 1 refers to the procedures for yielding genetically modified organisms including cell fusion and micro-injection. Article 2 contains detailed provisions relating to the procedures that may not result in genetically modified organisms on the condition that they do not involve the use of recombinant heritable material.
