Head of Administration notes that illegal fisheries in the basins of the Krasnodar Territory and especially in the Sea of Azov have extended and as a result there has been drastic reduction of the industrial catch of precious species of marketable fish. Notwithstanding the arrangements under way regarding conservation of biodiversity that is the competence of federal and regional institutions of the territory of the Krasnodar Territory the situation doesn't tend to improve.
