This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 20 articles and 11 Annexes, lays down rules implementating the Act on Fisheries, with particular regard to: classification of waters; information to be provided for the registration of fishing areas; restocking plans for fishing areas; issue of fishing licences; daily catch, seasons and total allowable catches; fishing methods.
